Welcome to my personal blog. Very 2000s era internet.
Goes without saying, but, opinions are my own and not those of my employer (past or present) or anyone else.
If you want to keep up with what I’m putting out you can add jedsetter.com to any RSS client you use, sign up below to get emailed when I post, follow me on mastodon or just check back when you feel like it.
Me: Transport planner. Spatial data scientist. Amateur historian. Evangelical modal agnostic. Holidays spent in transit; be it on night trains, city buses, country roads, bush tracks, backcountry skis or mountain bike.
Podcast: Stories from Sydney. Come and explore Sydney’s history with me and my mate Alistair. Found wherever you find podcasts.
Film: Following the Flow. Come and explore the Macquarie-Wambool River that runs through Wiradjuri and Wailwun country in inland NSW with me. I visited communities along the river in February 2020, right as the ‘worst drought on record’ was finally breaking. See the river in all it’s flooding glory and learn about the waters of the Murray-Darling Basin from the locals who know it best.
